Water Disconnected?
If your water has been disconnected for non-payment, you must contact the water billing department to reinstate your service. The balance due that is shown online will differ from the amount due to reinstate your service. Please contact water billing in person at 531 K St, Monday-Friday 9 am-4 pm or by phone at 707-441-4267. Due to high call volume you may need to leave a message. Please be sure to leave your name, address or account number, phone number and the reason you are calling and someone will return your call as soon as possible.
